Office Manager
Linda
Linda has lived in Janesville all her life and graduated from Western Wisconsin Technical College in LaCrosse, Wisconsin in the Dental Assistant program. She was employed by Dr Forrestal and now by Drs. Karrels & Lyons since 1973. She is considered the mom to everyone at the office. She is married to Michael and has four grown children. She enjoys gardening, quilting, spending time with her family and grandchildren. She also enjoys spending time up north at their cabin.

Our Scheduling Coordinator is one of the first smiling faces to greet the patients at TriMark. Debbie was born and raised in Janesville. She graduated from Lakeland Medical & Dental Academy in 1976. Debbie is married to Bill and they have two grown children, Ted and Katie. Debbie enjoys Friday nights out with her friends and working out at Curves.
Rhonda ( right )
Rhonda was born in Beloit and moved to Janesville in 1972. She worked for Dr David Foulkes since 1982 and joined TriMark Dental in 2004 when the offices merged. Rhonda's many duties include scheduling appointments, collecting payments and fulfilling the duty of the office manager when she is out of the office. Rhonda enjoys walking, reading and spending time with her husband, Brian, and two children Matthew and Alexis.

Debby
Debby graduated from Blackhawk Technical College in 1979, worked for Dr. Foulkes for 25 years, and joined TriMark Dental in 2007. She grew up in Orfordville and still lives there with her husband, Roger, and stepson, Randy. Debby enjoys walking, Badger football and spending time with family and friends.
Hygienists
Karlene
Karlene graduated from Blackhawk Technical College in 2001 and started at TriMark in 2005. Karlene was born and raised in Janesville. She enjoys camping, running, and spending time with her husband, Scot, and son, Carson, along with her dog, Allie.
Stephanie
Stephanie graduated from Madison Area Technical College in 1993 and has worked at TriMark since 1999. Stephanie keeps very busy with her active family and especially loves watching her boys play baseball.
Wendy
Wendy started at TriMark in 2007. Wendy is a Janesville native. She graduated from Dental Hygiene at MATC. Her hobbies include cooking (She describes herself as a foodie!), and she loves gardening.
Jessica
Jessica is a Janesville native who graduated from Blackhawk Dental Hygiene program in 2000. She began working at TriMark in 2001. Jessica enjoys cycling, being outdoors, traveling, and her two spoiled Golden Retrievers, Chance and Hogan.
Lora
Lora grew up in Southern Wisconsin and attended Madison Area Technical College. She graduated in 1984 with a degree in dental hygiene. She joined TriMark in 2004 when TriMark merged practices with Dr. David Foulkes, for whom she had worked for for the past 18 years. Lora enjoys Wisconsin Badger sports, cooking, outdoor activities and time spent with her family.
Gina
Gina graduated from Madison Area Technical College in 2006 and started at TriMark that same year. Gina is a Janesville native, married and has a son, Henry. Her hobbies include anything outdoors and reading.
Elizabeth
Elizabeth is originally from Janesville. She graduated from MATC in 1995 and has worked at TriMark since then. She is married and has three children. Aside from raising her kids, she enjoys traveling, reading and being outside.

Mindy graduated from Blackhawk Technical College Dental Assisting program in May, 1999 and has been employed at TriMark as Dr. Karrels chairside assistant ever since. Mindy's hobbies include spending time with friends and family, camping, fishing, boating and many other outdoor activities.
Sherri ( right )
Sherri was born and raised in the small town of Albany, Wisconsin, where she still resides today with her family. Sherri graduated from Blackhawk Technical College in 2001 and joined TriMark just weeks later working side by side with Dr. Karrels. Sherri loves spending time with her family and friends. In her spare moments she participates in summer softball and winter billiards. Her hobbies include scrapbooking, snowmobiling, a little bit of gardening and anything that gets her outdoors!

Shannon
Shannon was born in Madison, Wisconsin, but raised in Montana. She has been a dental assistant since 2000 and has worked at TriMark with Dr. Wason since 2007. Shannon enjoys cooking, traveling, spending time with her husband, T.J., and her two dogs, Bubba and Zeta.
Connie ( right )
Connie is originally from Manitowoc. She’s not telling when she graduated from dental assistant school. She joined TriMark in 2000 and works chairside with Dr Lyons. Her two teenage daughters keep her busy and drive her nuts. Connie enjoys spending time with her husband, watching basketball, going swimming, gardening and walking her dog.
Pam ( left )
Pam graduated from Blackhawk Techinical College, has been employed with TriMark Dental since 1988, and is a certified Dental Assistant for Dr Lyons. In order to keep her certification, she does 12 hours of continuing education every year. In her spare time she scrapbooks and spends time with her husband, family and her four grandchildren.
